When signing up on an online betting platform, the first thing most people wonder is — is this safe? Will my information be secure? At 99x00, all data you submit during registration is transmitted with 256-bit SSL encryption, meaning no one can intercept it in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. These security measures are on par with standard banking systems.
Providing accurate information at registration isn't just a formality — it's in your own best interest. When you make a large withdrawal, your details will be verified against your national ID during KYC checks. If your name or date of birth doesn't match, your withdrawal can be delayed or blocked. Getting it right from the start saves you the hassle later.
Many people choose weak passwords — like a birth year or the last four digits of their phone number. These are easy to guess. 99x00 shows a password strength indicator — keep updating your password until it turns green. Mixing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (@, #, $) makes your password significantly stronger.
After registration is complete, you'll receive an OTP on your phone. A lot of people make the mistake of sharing this OTP with others — please don't. No 99x00 staff member will ever ask for your OTP. If anyone does ask for it, that's a scam. Report it to support immediately.
A lot of people ask about referral codes. If a friend or someone you know is already on 99x00 and shares their referral code with you, both of you will receive extra benefits. No code? No problem — the welcome bonus is available to everyone.
The one-account-per-person rule might seem strict, but it's there to protect you. Multiple accounts open the door to bonus abuse, which ends up hurting honest players. If two people in the same household want to play on separate devices, contact support in advance — there's a way to sort it out.
There's no rush to make your first deposit right after registering. Once your account is set up, take some time to explore the platform. Browse the different sections, check out the odds, see which Live Casino games catch your eye — getting familiar with everything first means you'll be in a much better position once you do deposit.
Head to your account settings and take a moment to review the security section. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to access your account without it. You can also set deposit limits in advance, which is a good habit for responsible gambling.
If you have any questions or run into any issues while registering on 99x00, reach out via live chat — the support team is available in Bangla and will help you right away. If you're new, just say so and they'll walk you through everything patiently.
