If you log in from a cyber café or a shared device, always log out when you're finished. Do not check the "Remember me" option.
No 99x00 staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP. If anyone does, it's a scam — report it to support immediately.
Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi. Mobile data or your home network is always the safer option.
Changing your password every 3–6 months keeps your account significantly more secure.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form. A reset link will be sent to your registered email or phone.
You can also log in using the email address or phone number you registered with. Alternatively, contact support for assistance.
Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes or contact support.
SMS may take 2–3 minutes to arrive. If it doesn't come through, use the "Resend" option and make sure your number is correct.
If none of the above works, contact support directly at support@99x00.net or via live chat. Account recovery is possible after identity verification.
Logging in to 99x00 isn't just opening a page — it's the gateway to your entire betting experience. Once logged in, you'll have instant access to Live Sports Betting, casino games, your bonus balance, and your full transaction history. To keep every session secure, 99x00 uses bank-grade SSL encryption.
You can log in with either your username or your registered phone number — whichever you remember. If you've forgotten your username, switch to the phone number tab and use the mobile number you signed up with. Both methods are equally secure.
Many people don't realise just how important 2FA — two-factor authentication — really is. When 2FA is active, entering your password alone isn't enough; a one-time OTP is also sent to your phone, and login can't be completed without it. So even if someone somehow gets hold of your password, they still can't access your account without your phone. You can enable it in just 2 minutes through 99x00 account settings — one quick setup and you're protected.
One of the most common password mistakes is reusing the same password across multiple sites. If any one site suffers a data breach, that password can be used to access all your other accounts. Keep a unique, strong password for 99x00. Using a password manager means you'll never have to remember it either.
Logging in through the mobile app gives you a smoother experience. Once you sign in, the app can keep you logged in automatically on your own device. If you ever use the app on someone else's phone, make sure to log out when you're done. Visit the /app page to download the app.
Get into the habit of checking your balance after logging in. It helps you spot any unusual activity on your account. If anything looks suspicious, change your password immediately and contact support. The 99x00 fraud team investigates reports like this quickly.
Some users ask whether they can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time. Yes — 99x00 supports multiple devices under the same account. That said, for security reasons, your first login from a new device may require verification. This is there to protect you: if someone tries to access your account from an unfamiliar device, you'll be notified.
Making it a habit to review your transaction history after logging in is part of responsible gaming. Seeing how much you've deposited or wagered over the past week or month helps you stay aware of your own playing patterns. This report is easy to find right on the 99x00 dashboard.
